Job Summary
Outpatient primary care physician role in Geisinger Frackville focusing on Family Medicine and/or Med/Peds. Part-time schedule includes 36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours weekly with clinic hours spanning 7:30 AM–7 PM on Mondays and Tuesdays, 7:30 AM–5 PM midweek, one evening per week, and a weekend rotation roughly every 6 weeks. Collaborative care model with APP panel sharing, robust support including 24/7 nurse call center, centralized refill team, and Epic EMR with ambient dictation. Compensation ranges $320k–$375k with recruitment incentives, CME funds, relocation allowance, and potential residency/fellowship stipend. Academic involvement with medical students and residents. Education required: MD or DO with Pennsylvania medical license; dedicated to patient-centered care in ambulatory setting; located in or near Pottsville/Frackville, PA. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (MD/DO)
- Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania
- Board eligibility or certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
- Ability to work outpatient with defined schedule
- EMR proficiency (Epic)
- Participation in academic activities with medical students and residents
