Job Summary
Lead the delivery of high-quality academic Law programs while driving student success and operational excellence through robust quality assurance and compliance. Champion workforce planning, resource allocation, and financial sustainability by managing disciplinary staffing budgets and overseeing portfolio performance. Build and develop high-performing teams by coaching Academic Leads, fostering engagement, and establishing a culture of accountability. Strengthen strategic university partnerships with senior stakeholders to deliver shared goals and identify growth opportunities through continuous improvement and program innovation. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure commercial success and outstanding student outcomes in online and face-to-face delivery environments.
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualification in business, education management, or a law related discipline
