Job Summary
Provide obstetrics and gynecology patient care in Cape Coral and Fort Myers while teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. Engage in clinical and translational research, with scholarly activity required for Associate or Professor ranks. Maintain board certification in OB/GYN, an active Florida medical license, and current BLS and ACLS certification. This role supports the Florida State University College of Medicine's mission to educate compassionate physicians serving underserved populations through its Graduate Medical Education office.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent
- Eligible to obtain a Florida state medical license
- Board certified / eligible in OB/GYN
- Completed an accredited residency program by the time of appointment
- Active BLS and ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association
- Florida DEA that is active and unrestricted
