Academic Neurologist-Epileptologist, UMass Memorial Health

Academic Epileptologist sought to join a comprehensive epilepsy program within UMass Memorial Health. Primary clinical responsibilities include inpatient video-EEG monitoring, attending on the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit, and outpatient routine and ambulatory EEG, with opportunities to manage epilepsy patients in clinic and contribute to education of neurology residents and medical students. Collaboration within a multidisciplinary epilepsy team and potential focus on clinical epilepsy, resident/medical student education, and/or research. Requires MD or DO and fellowship training in Epilepsy or Clinical Neurophysiology; intracranial EEG experience preferred. Faculty appointment at the medical school and integration with a large health system provide opportunities for professional development and promotion.
