Job Summary
Provide inpatient consult and teaching services in nephrology, participate in renal transplant services, manage outpatient hemodialysis patients, and run hypertension referral and chronic kidney disease outpatient programs. The role supports an academically rich environment with opportunities to teach medical students, residents, and fellows and to develop or participate in clinical and translational research. Collaborative, multidisciplinary care with APPs, nurses, and support staff. A highly competitive benefits package including sign-on and relocation assistance is offered.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO or equivalent degree with board certification or eligibility in Nephrology
- Demonstrated clinical expertise in nephrology subspecialty care
- Eligibility for medical licensure in New York State
- Eligibility for faculty appointment at the Assistant or Associate Professor level
