Job Summary
Design and implement the school's systematic intervention program around the 6 Key Practices, driving continuous student growth through data analysis and progress monitoring. Develop an effective intervention team including classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, and school leadership via differentiated support and professional development. Collaborate with consultants and the principal on funding decisions and compliance tasks while teaching staff to administer intervention tools. Lead wing PLC meetings using data and state standards to ensure all student needs are met. Manage parent relationships, promote school procedures, and occasionally travel as assigned. This role is pivotal in realizing school goals by improving student learning growth and enhancing school health.
Required Qualifications
- School Administrator Licensure in states where this is required
- College diploma (BA or equivalent) or higher in Education or related field
- A valid administrator license (if required for the state in which you are applying)
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in teaching
- previous school leadership experience as an Instructional Coach, Assistant Principal, interim dean, content leader, new teacher mentor etc
- Occasional travel
