Job Summary
Academic Integrity Administrator provides support to the Aggie Honor System Office, faculty, students and stakeholders navigating university processes on academic integrity. Responsibilities include coordinating hearings and investigations, presenting cases to Honor Council panels, facilitating administrative conferences, maintaining complex confidential case files, serving as primary resource for policies, responding to inquiries, and supporting administrative functions such as office procedures, budgeting/payments, data management, and communications. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced higher-education environment, and teamwork to ensure adherence to university rules and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One or more years of experience in student affairs work or related specialty with a bachelor's degree
- No experience required with a master's degree
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in higher education, student conduct administration, experience facilitating student conduct processes or similar
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation applications
- Ability to review operational and special reports and maintain the confidentiality of student records and reports
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to write detailed rationales
