Job Summary
Deliver quality instruction in history coursework, supervise student progress, advise students toward graduation/credential attainment, participate in curriculum development and textbook selection, maintain attendance and grade records, uphold classroom decorum and college policies, attend faculty and division meetings, engage in professional development, and support college activities. Requires a Master’s degree in the subject to be taught (or Master’s degree plus 18 graduate hours) and preferred teaching experience with electronic resources and instructional technology. Office hours are established per college policy; duties also include pre-registration assistance during summer and committee participation.
