Job Summary
Conduct full-scope Family Medicine practice in a rural setting while supervising and evaluating residents within a residency program. Develop curriculum and mentor trainees, utilizing competency-based assessments to support resident growth. Manage clinical duties with flexibility across 0.8-1.0 FTE, including optional OB and inpatient experience, while collaborating with faculty in Sacramento and Davis. Earn up to $320,000 with a 2-year income guarantee and sign-on bonus. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active clinical practice with ability to supervise and evaluate residents
- Experience with ACGME competency-based assessments
- Participation in curriculum development, resident evaluation, and program improvement
- Qualified and credentialed to provide direct patient care and resident supervision
