Job Summary
Academic pediatric urology faculty position in an outpatient clinic in Westport, CT, affiliated with Connecticut Children’s. The role includes building an established urology service footprint in Fairfield County within a new multi-specialty clinic, supported by nursing staff and a full-time APP, with opportunities for clinical research and eventual medical directorship after one year. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary of $525,000+, RVU productivity incentives, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance. Candidates should be fellowship-trained in pediatric urology, ABU-certified, and have at least 3 years of post-fellowship experience, with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, autonomous, multi-disciplinary outpatient setting and to contribute to department-wide educational initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Fellowship-trained in Pediatric Urology
- Current American Board certification from the American Board of Urology
- Minimum of 3 years of post-fellowship experience
- Ability to work autonomously in a multi-disciplinary pediatric urology clinic
- Comfortable in an outpatient practice with nursing and APP support
- Eligible for medical licensure in Connecticut
- Strong clinical and educational skills; potential for involvement in clinical research and teaching
