Job Summary
Academic Faculty Physician — Pediatric Urology sought to join Connecticut Children’s in an outpatient-focused role in Westport/Stamford, CT. The position supports a division-led clinical and educational presence, with opportunities to participate in clinical research, education programs, and a potential medical directorship after one year. The practice will be anchored in an outpatient clinic with full nursing and physician assistant support, and a dedicated ambulatory surgical center presence in the region. The ideal candidate is fellowship-trained in pediatric urology, holds American Board certification in urology, has at least 3 years post-fellowship experience, and is prepared to contribute to program development, referrals, and brand-building within Fairfield County. The compensation package includes a guaranteed base salary of $525,000+, RVU-based incentives, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance. Block time is available at regional Surgery Centers in Stamford and Norwalk, with full-time APP support and opportunities for academic leadership after year one.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years post-fellowship experience
- Current American board certification from the American Board of Urology
- Fellowship-trained in pediatric urology
- Ability to work autonomously in a multi-disciplinary clinic environment
