Job Summary
Interpret screening and diagnostic breast imaging studies, including tomosynthesis and MRI, while performing image-guided procedures such as stereotactic biopsies and ultrasound-guided interventions. Participate in weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards alongside surgeons, oncologists, and pathologists, and teach and mentor residents and medical students within a 90% clinical, 10% teaching schedule. Collaborate across oncology specialties and serve on departmental committees as requested by leadership. This full-time, on-site position at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Outpatient Women's Imaging offers approximately 200 annual shifts, with remote work options on non-teaching days, and includes a sign-on bonus, productivity-based compensation, and access to a robust research and innovation program.
Required Qualifications
- ABR-certified Radiologist
- Completion of a Breast Imaging Fellowship
- Completion of a Diagnostic Radiology Residency at an ACGME or AOA accredited program
- Expertise in all breast imaging modalities
- Expertise in image-guided interventions
- 90% clinical responsibilities and 10% teaching
- 100% dedicated breast imaging practice
- Participation in resident and medical student education
- Participation in weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards
- Collaboration across oncology and surgical specialties
- Participation in departmental and health system committees as requested by leadership
