Job Summary
Academic Director responsible for comprehensive campus academic operations, faculty oversight, curriculum management, student development, and liaison work between Southeastern University and the site-hosting church. Leads strategic planning, SOP development, staff supervision of full-time, part-time, and student workers, and coordination of practicum and enrollment processes. Requires living within driving distance of the church-based campus and membership or willingness to become a member of the hosting church. Emphasizes leadership, collaboration with faculty and staff, program administration, and adherence to university marketing and compliance guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in any discipline of the university
- A minimum of 2 years in ministry, education, or business
