Job Summary
Conduct personalized coaching, mentoring, and issue resolution for learners from matriculation through program completion. Assist students in developing academic plans, navigating program changes, and overcoming barriers to persistence. Proactively reach out to at-risk learners via phone, email, chat, and social media to address challenges and coordinate with faculty for conflict resolution. Serve as a subject matter expert on programs and policies, monitoring trends and providing insights to leadership. Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and collaborate with university partners to define solutions for learner success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Must be able to travel 0-10% of time
- Must be able to lift 20lbs
- Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant
- Must be able to spend significant time working at a computer and on the phone using a headset
- Must be flexible in work hours/schedule in order to accommodate learner needs
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
