Engage students in-person and online, collaborate with teachers and site staff to promote student success, provide outreach and support services, respond to identified students to help each achieve personal and program goals, and assist with on-site management of GOAL High School. Responsibilities include overseeing student discipline, maintaining regular on-site presence (with potential for site-based virtual work), providing interventions, transporting students for school-related activities with the required CDE Driver Certification, monitoring attendance and academic progress (MTSS, truancy documentation, and court-related processes as needed), and connecting students to identified external resources. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and tech-savvy support across GOAL’s systems (Schoology, Edgenuity, GOAL Portal) and a commitment to an inclusive, safe learning environment. Must be able to travel regionally and work all scheduled calendar days in Colorado. The position emphasizes accountability, relationship-building with students and families, and collaboration with a Social Emotional Team to support student success; physical presence on campus is essential unless site needs permit otherwise.
