Responsibilities include advising on course selections, implementing programs for interpersonal adjustment, supporting crisis management, maintaining Personal Learning Plans, and overseeing family support during school withdrawals. Required skills include strong technology proficiency, excellent communication, a customer-focused approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
