Academic anesthesiology group in the Phoenix area seeks BE/BC Anesthesiologist to help build a new residency program. Roles feature just 16 twelve-hour shifts per month (half end early) with physician retention at the core, and subspecialty support in Critical Care, OB, and Pediatric Anesthesia. Compensation includes a 90th percentile academic base salary plus additional shift compensation, a $50,000 sign-on with relocation package, and student loan repayment via PSLF/NHSC, along with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, CME, malpractice, PTO, 401k with employer match).
