Job Summary
Academic anesthesiology physician sought to join an award-winning academic group in the Phoenix area to help build a new residency program. BE/BC anesthesiologist with expertise encouraged in critical care, obstetric, and pediatric anesthesia. Role features 16 twelve-hour shifts per month (half may end early) with a schedule designed for physician retention and more than 170 days off per year. Sign-on bonus of $50,000 and relocation package; PSLF and NHSC loan repayment options; comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision/life, CME, malpractice, PTO, and 401k with employer match. Experienced J1 and H1B sponsorship available. Location: Gilbert, AZ (Phoenix metro) with full-time employment.
