Job Summary
Seeking BE/BC Anesthesiologist to help build a new residency program at an award-winning academic group in Phoenix area. Role features just 16 shifts per month, each 12 hours, with half ending early and over 170 days off per year. Subspecialty interest encouraged in Critical Care, OB, and Pediatric Anesthesia. Compensation includes a highly competitive academic base with additional pay for extra shifts, plus a $50,000 sign-on and relocation package. Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, CME, malpractice, PTO, 401k with employer match) and loan repayment options through PSLF/NHSC. Experienced J1 and H1B sponsor. Location: Paradise Valley, AZ; full-time position in an academic anesthesia setting.
