Academic Anesthesiology role in Phoenix, AZ seeking BE/BC Anesthesiologist to help build a new residency program. Schedule comprises just 16 shifts per month, with 12-hour shifts and many ending early, plus opportunities for subspecialty work in Critical Care, OB, and Pediatric Anesthesia. Emphasizes physician retention with over 170 days off per year. Compensation includes a base base salary at the 90th percentile plus additional shifts, a $50,000 sign-on and relocation package, and student loan repayment via PSLF/NHSC.
