Job Summary
Academic anesthesiology group in the Phoenix area seeks BE/BC Anesthesiologist to help build a new residency program. Role features 16 shifts per month, with 12-hour shifts and many ending early, generous relocation/sign-on package, student loan repayment options (PSLF/NHSC), comprehensive benefits, and sponsorship for J1/H1B. Subspecialty opportunities in Critical Care, OB, and Pediatric Anesthesia are encouraged. The package includes a strong base salary plus additional compensation for extra shifts, plus extensive PTO with over 170 days off per year built into the schedule.
