Job Summary
Academic anesthesiology position in Phoenix, AZ seeking BE/BC Anesthesiologist to help build a new residency program. 16 shifts per month (12-hour shifts) with early release on many days, offering an opportunity to contribute to residency development while maintaining a strong work-life balance. Subspecialty interest in Critical Care, OB, and Pediatric Anesthesia encouraged. Includes $50,000 sign-on and relocation package, loan repayment options (PSLF NHSC), comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, CME, malpractice, PTO, 401k with employer match).
