Academic anesthesiology position in Phoenix, AZ building a new residency program. BE/BC Anesthesiologist sought for 16 twelve-hour shifts per month (half of shifts end early) with focus on subspecialties in Critical Care, OB, and Pediatric Anesthesia. Role emphasizes physician retention with over 170 days off per year. Compensation includes a 90th percentile academic base salary plus additional shifts, plus a $50,000 sign-on and relocation package.
