Academic Affairs Coordinator

Job Summary

Coordinate and support curriculum delivery, including course scheduling, room assignments, and academic calendars. Provide administrative support to the Office of Academic Affairs, including scheduling, correspondence, and record management. Assist with accreditation processes, data collection, reporting, and documentation in alignment with CODA standards. Maintain and update academic records, policies, and procedural documents. Support faculty onboarding, appointment processes, and faculty development initiatives. Collaborate with course directors and faculty to ensure smooth course operations, including exams and instructional materials. Assist in organizing academic meetings, committees, and events. Provide support for student academic services, including tracking academic progress and assisting with advising processes. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive academic and personnel information.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to construct and manage complex spreadsheets for data collection and analysis
  • Ability to apply formulas and functions
  • Ability to build pivot tables
  • Ability to transfer data accurately between platforms
  • Ability to maximize the operational use of all software employed for grading, grade-book management, and student academic tracking
  • Ability to analyze student performance data drawn from these systems to identify trends, generate actionable reports, and support data-informed academic decision-making
  • Ability to design structured data entry workbooks
  • Ability to construct pivot tables and charts
  • Ability to accurately transfer data between Excel and other institutional or accreditation reporting systems
  • Ability to analyze student performance data
