Job Summary
Academic Advisor role supporting undergraduate, PSEO, and graduate students through holistic advising, data-driven retention strategies, group and individual counseling, and coordination with university policies—with emphasis on SRP data analysis, KPI-driven contact goals, and collaboration with the advising team to promote student persistence and degree completion. Requires strong interpersonal and analytical skills, ability to work in-person and virtually in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and experience with CRM platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Required
- Master's Degree: Preferred
- 2+ years Academic Advising/Student Services experience
- 1+ years Experience working within a customer relationship managgment (CRM) platform
