Job Summary
Mentor students through the full essay development process, including brainstorming, structuring, drafting, and revision. Provide detailed, constructive feedback on personal statements, application essays, supplemental questions, and scholarship submissions while preserving the student's voice. Prepare candidates for admissions interviews and coaching for assessments such as English, Maths, reasoning, and aptitude tests. Conduct mock interviews, deliver targeted improvement plans, and advise families on admissions expectations and preparation strategies. Collaborate with internal consultants to ensure consistency across the application process. Full-time or part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling and competitive salary available.
Required Qualifications
- Strong writing, editing, and coaching skills
- Experience supporting students with application essays and interviews
- Ability to guide and mentor rather than rewrite content
- Strong understanding of admissions standards and selection criteria for competitive schools or universities
