Job Summary
Conduct attentive, age-appropriate care for four children ranging from 18 months to 9 years, managing naps, routines, and hygiene while prioritizing safety. Plan and facilitate engaging, developmentally appropriate activities, prepare simple meals and snacks, and coordinate weekend events including sports and birthday parties. Maintain consistent communication with parents through the Notes app, providing daily updates and schedules. The role involves Saturday and Sunday coverage from 8am to 7pm from September through June, with an unpaid two-month summer break in July and August. Required Qualifications
- Significant professional experience caring for multiple children of varying ages
- CPR certified or willing to become certified
- Able to take the months of July and August off without pay
- Legal to work in the U.S.
