AC Startup Warranty Technician - Tucson, AZ

Job Summary
Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC startup and warranty-related issues, verify correct installation and operation of heating/cooling systems, assess customer needs, offer appropriate warranty products and services, and manage leads and product registrations. Maintain relationships with vendor partners, provide feedback on market conditions, and perform required startup checks, diagnostics, and documentation for retail and new construction installations. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds, access attics, work on-call hours, and comply with safety and drug-screen requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year minimum residential field experience
- Two years of experience in start-up, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting HVAC service issues
- Experience in retrofit and new construction HVAC installations
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean motor vehicle record
- Must be able to Pass drug Screen
- Must have reliable HVAC tools
