Job Summary
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, fans, motors, and electrical components while working on ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to service and install AC units. Diagnose system malfunctions, perform preventive maintenance on packaged units and split coil systems, and inspect electrical components for safety code compliance using testing devices like ohmmeters and oscilloscopes. Requires 2+ years of residential HVAC experience, strong mechanical knowledge, and ability to troubleshoot single and three-phase installations. Flexible schedule including weekends; paid every Friday with comprehensive benefits starting day one.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience in a residential setting
- Ability to troubleshoot single & three-phase installations
- Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with HVAC & refrigeration systems
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed
