Job Summary
AC Manila - Guidewire Configuration Developer Manager at PwC Acceleration Centers. Lead and mentor Guidewire configuration efforts, designing, developing, and deploying Java/GOSU-based solutions for Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter within P&C insurance contexts. Responsibilities include leading teams, managing projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and coaching team members to grow technical and professional skills. Requires guiding configuration work, upgrading Guidewire components, and collaborating with client stakeholders to meet business requirements while upholding PwC standards and governance. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 to 11 years of Java programming experience
- Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter
- Proficiency in Java and GOSU
- Experience leading development teams
- Strong English written and spoken communication
- Knowledge of P&C Insurance domain
- Agile methodology experience
- Ability to design, develop, and deploy software solutions tailored to client needs
- Ability to manage projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Mentoring and coaching capabilities
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive quality and standards
