Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end service delivery and operational processes for PwC Acceleration Centers, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. Lead complex transitions and manage stakeholder relationships while coaching and developing team members to ensure quality and timely delivery. Maintain consistent application of service standards and processes; drive continuous improvement across operations. Foster a positive team environment and uphold organizational policies. Proficiency in English and familiarity with M365 and firmwide applications are required; Lean Six Sigma (White/Black Belt) preferred. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and delivering value through effective operations and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience managing teams in a customer service focused area
