Job Summary
AC Manager – Lafayette, LA oversees HVAC operations, field supervision, inventory control, safety compliance, and service delivery to meet company objectives. Responsibilities include managing field supervisors, controlling labor and inventory costs, ensuring OSHA safety standards, conducting incident investigations, coordinating with branches, optimizing technician schedules, maintaining licensing and permits, coaching and developing service staff, overseeing dispatch and ticket reviews, and driving customer satisfaction and profitability through efficient production and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Minimum five years’ managerial, technical, or sales experience in residential service operations
- Extensive knowledge of powerline installation and repair of electrical systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, and safety compliance
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- Knowledge of local codes and permitting requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
