Job Summary
AC Installer responsible for installing HVAC equipment in new residential construction homes following manufacturer specifications and codes. Duties include installing ductwork, HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping, and bath fans; maintaining quality and safety standards; preparing operational reports; updating job-related knowledge; coordinating with other personnel; and operating a company vehicle. Requires hand and power tools proficiency, valid driver’s license, strong communication and customer-service skills, organizational detail-orientation, and ability to lift 50–100 lbs. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; experience: 1 year installing duct or equipment in residential homes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience installing duct or equipment in residential homes
- Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Skilled in use of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
- Ability to complete tasks within standard timeframe

- Willingness to operate a company vehicle
