Job Summary
HVAC Engineering Technician responsible for all engineering functions to support hotel targets. Respond to and attend to guests' repair requests, perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts, and read standard blueprints and electrical schematics pertaining to plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Requires a Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field and at least 3 years of experience, preferably in hospitality. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent time management and attention to detail, and be computer literate in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a Hospitality environment.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time and stress management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office Applications.
