Job Summary

ABX Product & Insights Manager to lead the Firm’s ABX platform strategy, governance, and adoption, enabling account-based experiences and revenue growth. Focus areas include managing account lists and audience design, buyer journey and intent topic strategy, segmentation, and activation readiness across paid media, web personalization, sales engagement, and marketing automation. Delivers reporting on account engagement, buying signals, and audience performance; partners with Marketing Operations to ensure governance, data integrity, and scalable processes across Demandbase and connected systems; drives enablement through training, office hours, and documentation; collaborates with channel owners to activate audiences and validate targeting, measurement, and execution plans. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in marketing/communications with ABX/ABM operations experience, proficiency with Demandbase and CRM systems (MS Dynamics preferred), and strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills. Salary range $90,000-$110,000; location includes Pittsburgh, PA.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Project Management preferred)
  • Five or more years of marketing or communications experience
  • Three or more years of ABM/ABX operations experience
  • Experience with Demandbase or similar ABM platform
  • Experience with CRM systems; MS Dynamics preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of ABM/ABX concepts, audience strategy, and account segmentation methodologies
  • Ability to define operating standards, governance, and drive cross-functional adherence
  • Advanced analytical skills for interpreting engagement, intent, and funnel performance signals
  • Ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized roadmaps
  • Strong facilitation and enablement skills for training, office hours, and adoption coaching
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present insights and recommendations to marketing and sales stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives with prioritization and deadlines
  • Experience with AI tools and technology (e.g., Copilot) preferred
  • Industry experience in professional services (accounting, financial consulting, business advisory, banking) preferred
