Job Summary
Plan and manage the packaging department workflow for 50 employees, overseeing maintenance orders, repair schedules, and daily production timelines. Monitor work results, enforce HACCP and DIN ISO quality standards, and ensure strict compliance with hygiene protocols and food safety laws. Lead personnel planning and management while maintaining adherence to all relevant food legislation. Requires strong technical knowledge of packaging machinery and leadership experience in a stable, mid-sized family company with over 60 years of history in Berlin's regional meat and sausage production.
Required Qualifications
