Job Summary
Lead sales department for food and non-food categories by managing team operations, planning staff deployment, and ensuring smooth processes from ordering to point of sale. Deliver expert product knowledge to B2B customers in the gastronomy sector while monitoring inventory flow, costs, and revenue performance. Drive process improvements based on customer feedback and maintain team development through mentorship and training. Work within a two-shift system across large-format stores, requiring full-time commitment and on-call readiness. This role supports METRO's mission to serve three million customers across 102 markets with high engagement and empathy.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Handel (z.B. Großhandelskaufmann (m/w/d), Einzelhandelskaufmann (m/w/d), Verkäuferin (m/w/d))
- Erfahrungen aus einer vergleichbaren Position
- Erfahrungen mit verschiedenen Produktgruppen im Handel
