Job Summary
Lead the meat department in the large store, managing staff schedules and driving personal and technical team development. Provide expert consultation to gastronomy clients regarding the full meat assortment and ensure smooth product flow from ordering to sales while monitoring costs and revenue. Guarantee product availability and adherence to legal and internal quality standards, such as HACCP. Work in a two-shift system with a five-day week, utilizing MS Office to support process optimization and customer needs.
Required Qualifications
