Job Summary
Lead the fish department and fresh counter team in the grocery store, planning staff schedules and guiding personal and technical development. Deliver expert product consultation to gastronomy customers while managing inventory flow from ordering to sales presentation. Ensure strict adherence to legal and internal quality standards, including HACCP protocols, to guarantee fresh product availability. Monitor cost and sales performance to drive continuous process optimization. Work in a two-shift system within a five-day week at one of over 100 METRO markets, serving three million customers nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Handel oder in der Gastronomie (z.B. Großhandelskaufmann (m/w/d), Einzelhandelskaufmann (m/w/d), Koch (m/w/d), Restaurantfachfrau (m/w/d))
- Erfahrungen aus einer vergleichbaren Position
- Erfahrung im Handel
- Sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office
- Bereit im Zwei-Schicht-System zu arbeiten
