Job Summary
Plan and steer the production department by organizing effective workflows, implementing productivity targets, and monitoring all quality assurance measures daily. Conduct deviation analysis to initiate corrective actions, optimize resource utilization, and ensure compliance with HACCP and DIN ISO standards. Manage hygiene standards and lead the team of 50 employees through personnel planning and leadership. Identify and implement corrective measures while maintaining high-quality raw materials and regional product standards. This role offers a stable position within a family-owned enterprise with flat hierarchies and opportunities for further training.
Required Qualifications
- Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Qualitätsbewusstsein und technischem Verständnis
- Entsprechende Berufsausbildung und Erfahrung
- Ausbildung zum Fleischer mit Weiterbildung zum Meister, Lebensmitteltechnologen oder Techniker
- Erfahrungen in einem Produktionsunternehmen, gerne aus der Lebensmittelbranche
- Führungskompetenz, Durchsetzungsstärke, Teamplayer
- Gut organisiert, belastbar und teamfähig
- Kenntnisse des HACCP-Konzeptes sowie sonstiger relevanter Normen und Vorschriften
