Job Summary
Lead the department for Non Food & Near Food sales by managing team leadership, planning personnel deployment, and ensuring smooth operational processes across all stores. Deliver expert product advice and proactive service to restaurant and wholesale clients while overseeing inventory flow from ordering to point of sale. Monitor cost and sales performance, drive process improvements based on customer feedback, and guide staff development within a two-shift system. This role supports METRO's mission to serve three million customers across 102 markets with high engagement and empathy.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Handel (z.B. Großhandelskaufmann (m/w/d), Einzelhandelskaufmann (m/w/d), Verkäuferin (m/w/d))
- Erfahrungen aus einer vergleichbaren Position
- Erfahrungen mit verschiedenen Produktgruppen im Handel
- sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office
- bereit im Zwei-Schicht-System zu arbeiten
