Job Summary
Lead the leadership team and coordinate multiple simultaneous customer projects while planning personnel, tools, and technical equipment for site deployments. Manage schedules, costs, and execution quality to ensure complex projects are delivered safely and economically. Improve collaboration between assembly teams, project groups, and external partners by developing practical workflows and standards. Organize training, certifications, and qualification documentation while ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations and legal requirements. Drive digitalization and key metric-based development of the department. This role offers significant autonomy to shape a central business area, improve processes, and provide organizational support to assembly teams within a medium-sized machine and plant manufacturing company in Dresden.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Führungs- und Projekterfahrung im industriellen Montageumfeld
- Abschluss als Maschinenbauingenieur
- gern Techniker, oder Meister mit mehrjähriger Führungserfahrung im Maschinen- /Anlagenbau
- Praxis im verfahrenstechnischen Anlagenbau
- Sicherheit in der Ressourcen-, Termin- und Kostenplanung und der Nutzung einschlägiger Planungstools
- Gute Kenntnisse der einschlägigen deutschen Arbeitsschutz- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Entscheidungsstärke und unternehmerisches Denken
- Klare Kommunikation und die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Beteiligte zusammenzuführen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Reisebereitschaft
- Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau
