Job Summary
Lead the mechanical design department, ensuring team development and a constructive work atmosphere. Oversee planning, coordination, and optimization of workflows while supporting designers with expertise. Establish internal design standards and manage project approvals prior to production. Collaborate with sales, project management, production, and electrical design for successful project outcomes. Participate in leadership meetings to align and implement company strategies. Demonstrate proven leadership, exceptional communication, and proactive strategic thinking.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in mechanical design and development, ideally in a managerial role
- Solid knowledge of 3D CAD systems, especially Autodesk Inventor
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering or a comparable technical field
