Job Summary
Lead and optimize large-scale warehouse logistics processes at the Sevenum site, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-efficient operations across multiple areas. Manage end-to-end logistics workflows to achieve quality, productivity, cost, and service level targets while steering operational performance through KPIs and corrective actions. Direct and coach up to 300 indirect employees, overseeing personnel and deployment planning. Lead logistics projects to implement new processes and concepts, ensuring adherence to safety, legal, and quality standards including ISO 9001 and GDP. Report transparently on performance, risks, and improvements to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
- Mindestens 5–7 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Logistik oder im Warehouse-Umfeld
- Erfahrung in einer leitenden operativen Funktion
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung großer operativer Teams über mehrere Führungsebenen hinweg
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Steuerung von Performance und Produktivität anhand von KPIs
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean-Methoden sowie kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
