Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service and expert consultation, while monitoring inventory levels and coordinating orders to guarantee optimal product availability. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Requires experience in the materials trade with strong product knowledge, team leadership skills, and proficiency in inventory and customer management software. Based in Freiburg, this role supports our expanded logistics facility offering new services to customers.
