Job Summary
Manage the smooth operation of all processes within the Freshness sales department, serving as the primary contact for gastronomy customers and leading your team in large-format stores. Plan personnel deployment, support team development, and ensure efficient product flow from ordering to presentation while monitoring costs and sales performance. Provide expert consultation and proactive service to customers across your product assortment. Work within a two-shift system, maintaining cost and revenue oversight while driving process optimization based on customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Handel (z.B. Großhandelskaufmann (m/w/d), Einzelhandelskaufmann (m/w/d), Verkäuferin (m/w/d))
- Erfahrungen aus einer vergleichbaren Position
- Erfahrungen mit verschiedenen Produktgruppen im Handel
- Sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office
- Bereit im Zwei-Schicht-System zu arbeiten
