Job Summary
Coordinate staff in your area, coach and motivate employees, and ensure an excellent work atmosphere while managing daily business to meet sales targets. Lead a team responsible for efficient receiving, excellent inventory management, and precise visual presentation standards across the sales floor. Collaborate with Senior Store Leadership to solve problems, implement NIKE guidelines, and drive monthly initiatives. Serve as a Brand Ambassador by training your team on NIKE products, consumer services, and digital tools, while utilizing reporting data to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistent brand experience.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for NIKE and/or love for sport
- Experience and competence for excellent customer service
- 5 years or more experience in retail
- 2 years or more experience as a team leader
- Very good German and English language skills (oral and written)
- Good communication and team skills
- Organization and ability to set priorities
- Proactivity, openness, motivation, and passion to place customers first
- Willingness to work on weekends and in shifts
