Job Summary
Above-the-line Media Associate: Plan and execute national multi-channel ATL campaigns in the UK, coordinating with agencies and internal teams; ensure brand safety, governance, and timely delivery; leverage data insights for optimization. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP, ATL Media Strategy and Planning and requires collaboration with our media agency, UK Marketing Campaigns teams, and internal channel owners to ensure campaigns are locally relevant and aligned with broader brand objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience planning and executing national, multi-channel media campaigns in the UK
- Broad ATL experience, including TV, OOH, print, audio, cinema, sponsorships, and digital channels
- Proven track record coordinating media agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver multi-channel plans at scale
- High data literacy and comfort interpreting insights to inform channel allocation and optimisation
- Strong project management skills. Able to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders and timelines simultaneously
- Curiosity for the UK media landscape, audiences, formats and emerging trends
- Excellent organisational, communication and collaboration skills
- Advantageous: experience with European ATL markets
- Experience on both agency and client-side media teams
- University degree with a marketing focus (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in multinational organisations with global media teams
