Job Summary
Staff all restaurants for full operation with no closures, ensuring availability across digital, delivery, pickup, and drive-thru channels. Hire and train managers and assistant managers to uphold Sagacity culture and LCE brand standards while developing crew. Maintain competitive work culture, address guest complaints to drive retention, and communicate daily with leaders on sales, growth, repairs, and maintenance. Make each restaurant profitable by meeting food, labor, and guest count goals through monthly operations reviews. Run consistent operations across all units, conduct manager meetings to analyze controllables, and allocate 50 hours weekly with two visits per restaurant. Abide by state and federal laws while leveraging strong leadership and data analysis skills to drive results.
Required Qualifications
- Two plus years of Little Caesars or any other Food Service QSR operations experience
- High School Diploma
- excellent math skills
- Computer skills - must be experienced with interpreting and creating reports, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint or similar data tools
- Ability to learn and adapt to restaurant technologies and platform
- Ability to work in varied work schedules
- Must be a people person
