Estate Clearout Crew Member for Caring Transitions in Rochester, NY. Part-time, seasonal, field-based role performing hands-on sorting and physical clearing of homes: sort belongings into sell/donate/recycle/discard, assist with moving/hauling, and help prepare homes for listing. Must be able to lift and haul across a roughly 6-hour shift, work with a team, and handle dust and clutter. Reliable transportation and a working smartphone required. Starts at $18/hour with $3.50/hour extra for heavy-lifting hours, potential shift-lead premium, and typical weekly hours around 10–25 with room to grow during peak season. Background check required.
